First, tell us about your vision. To support you through your journey, we will assemble a specialized team of designers, architects, and contractors, all headed by a project manager who safeguards the progress of your project. Together, we will explore the possibilities. After we understand your needs and preferences, we will create a preliminary design with a price which applies our expertise on development costs, real estate value, and high-end features. We will present your design using our three-dimensional modeling system and, with your feedback, will fine-tune the design to perfection. Our final drawings will contain an all-inclusive contract specifying everything from landscaping to the lighting allowance. With your approval, construction on your dream home will begin.
Creation
Adhering to a weekly construction schedule is vital for keeping projects on track. Providing you with a copy of the schedule helps connect you to the process. Your project manager will keep you informed at each stage and will guide you through the construction process, answering any questions you may have along the way. If you have any new requests, we will work to fulfill each one. Working together, we will bring your home across the finish line.
Our interior design team is involved in your project from day one, to assist you in selecting interior elements such as appliances, plumbing finishes, cabinet and door hardware and tile. Through Environs' Interior Design program, we go one step further in helping design the home of your dreams. Working one on one, we help select the final furnishings, such as furniture, drapes, wallcovering, artwork, etc. to make your home truly yours.
Realization
Completed on schedule and as priced, your new house should exceed your expectations. We hope you will fill it with the best of memories as it becomes the home we intended it to be.
Further Services
Maintenance -- Environs will provide standard maintenance services to keep your home in mint condition throughout your ownership. We inspect the home seasonally, providing recommendations and completing any necessary repair work. We offer the Gold Maintenance Package and the Silver Maintenance Package. Under the Silver package, we include services such as winterizing hose bibs, testing ac and furnace systems, and checking carbon monoxide detectors. White-glove services, such as washing windows and decks, re-sealing stone countertops, changing light bulbs, inspecting refrigerators and wine coolers, are provided under the Gold package.
Warranty -- At your convenience, your project manager will arrange the standardized one-month, six-month, and eleven-month inspections of your home to verify that your home is functioning properly. If there is any abnormality, our warranty team will coordinate all repairs so that you can focus on the important things in life.
Client Services -- Whether you want to add an outdoor kitchen, a sauna, or you just want some new wallpaper, we are happy to handle any renovations, additions, or minor modifications.
