The Environs Team provides a unique combination of in-house services including development, architecture, interior design services and construction management. The benefit to us as homeowner was a one-stop coordinated approach where the entire team worked together to create the space we wanted. Because we designed a custom house, this coordination was critical in order to keep on a rapid timeline.

Ken is extremely creative and assisted us in designing our ideal space. He had a strong sense of ownership for our design and made dozens of suggestions that improved upon the look and feel of our house. Ken also has a good business sense and advised us on which changes would add value to our home.
