Hartland Park

Hartland Park is a residential development located along West Wrightwood on Chicago’s north side.  This unique project combines the vitality of City living with the tranquility of a secluded neighborhood featuring its own park.  The private fenced park will include multiple playground areas for young and old alike as well as a play area for your canine family members.  Many of the stately brick homes overlook the fenced park furthering the sense of historic character of Hartland Park.   Relax while watching your children play!

The project includes seventy-eight townhomes and twenty-three single family homes.  Belgravia Group, one of the premier townhome developers in Chicago, is developing the townhomes. Environs Development is excited to have been selected to design and build the remaining eleven singly family homes.  Many families are already enjoying the first phase of this project.  The few remaining homes in Phase Two at Hartland Park will be completed in early 2008.

Buyers of single family homes will enjoy all the benefits of the customization program at Environs Development.  Each buyer will personally work with our in-house architecture department to make floor plan changes to reflect their own lifestyle.  The architects will also create a custom façade design unique to each home.  Our Design Coordination Department, staffed by trained designers, will assist our buyers in customizing cabinetry configurations and selecting all interior finishes.  We offer many standard finishes or a buyer may select from countless custom materials.  The Construction Management Department will oversee the construction of the homes and include the buyers each step of the process.  Our clients are welcome to visit their new home at any time during the construction process to be as involved as possible in the process.
