Many custom buyers are frightened by the potential budget-busting aspects of building “custom”.  We will quote you a fixed price for your home during the design process.  The only extra costs are for finishes you may upgrade later.  Many of our buyers do find the process to be so easy they can’t help themselves but add fireplaces, built-ins and custom millwork as the construction progresses.  While these may be extra cost we will coordinate everything from the design to the selection to the installation.
